Yes. Every service is available both online and in person at our Mequon office, so you can choose what works best for your schedule and comfort.
The free 15-minute consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure call to discuss what you are looking for, answer your questions, and see whether we are a good fit before booking a full session.
Your first session is about getting to know you. We talk through what brought you in, your goals, and any questions you have, and start shaping a plan that fits your pace.
We are in-network with Medicaid, Medicare, Optum/UHC, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield/Carelon, Aetna, and Cigna. If you do not see your plan, reach out and we can talk through your options, including superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Session fees vary by service and length. Many clients use insurance; for others we offer private-pay rates and superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Reach out and we will walk you through the options.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to someone else. We will go over the details when you book.
Yes. Your sessions are private and protected. We explain the limited exceptions required by law, such as risk of harm, during your intake.
Tim works with young children, teens, adults, and seniors, whether individually, as a couple, or as a family.
