2. No emergency services

The Site, including any contact form, is not monitored in real time and must not be used for emergencies. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or dial 911 immediately.

3. No therapist-client relationship

Using the Site or submitting the contact form does not create a therapist-client relationship. That relationship is established only through a formal intake and agreement with TC Counseling Services LLC.

4. Use of the Site

  • You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it.
  • You agree not to submit false information or another person's information without authorization.
  • You are responsible for any information you choose to share through the Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to TC Counseling Services LLC and is protected by applicable laws. See our Copyrights notice for details.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services (such as our online booking portal). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
