Template notice: This page is a starting template and is not legal advice. It must be reviewed and customized by a qualified attorney before the website goes live.

TC Counseling Services LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide through the TC Counseling Services website (the "Site").

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: when you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, and any phone number, subject, or message you provide.
  • Technical information: we may log your IP address and browser/user-agent for security and spam prevention.
  • Analytics: if enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. This may involve cookies.

2. Protected health information (PHI)

The Site's contact form is not a secure or HIPAA-compliant channel. Please do not submit sensitive health details through it. Clinical communication takes place through our secure patient portal and during sessions.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule services.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, email and hosting providers) and when required by law.

5. Cookies & analytics

We do not set analytics cookies until you accept them. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline. Only if you accept do we load Google Analytics, which uses cookies to help us understand site usage in aggregate (with IP addresses anonymized). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, and you can control cookies more broadly through those same settings.

6. Data retention & security

We retain contact submissions only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate record-keeping, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of the contact information you submitted by emailing timc.counseling@gmail.com.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through the Site.
